STUDIO RULES

Please do not wear clothing with zippers, buttons or anything that could potentially tear or snag the sling material. Jewellery, including rings, bracelets, or earrings cannot be worn during class and please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes or lotions.

Grip aid products ARE NOT to be used for any fabric equipment or apparatus.  For other apparatus such as Lyra (Aerial Hoop), Trapeze, Aerial (Flying Pole) and Corde we allow grip products but please ensure you clean the equipment after use and dont leave any risidual products on the floor or crashmats.

All payments must be received prior to the start of class and there will be no refunds for amounts paid for classes.

All packages and membership are not transferable, can not be shared and can not be extended passed the expiration date.

MOBILE PHONES

All mobile phones are to be turned off or set to silent and left in the storage cubes.

BOOKING A CLASS

Online bookings can be made via our website or straight from your mobile device by downloading the AerialFit app.  You can also email us to reserve your spot if you already have payment options saved.  Please be aware that no bookings are made without payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Aerial Senior Enrolments

In week 6 of the previous term we offer an Early Bird special pricing giving students 10% off their first class. To be eligible for the early bird special students must book and pay IN FULL for their classes by Sunday 8pm of that week.

We also offer a 5% discount on every students second or subsequent classes.**

** This discount is applied to the class with the lower value and is not available with any other discount or offer.

Aerial Junior Teens Enrolments

All students accounts and classes must be paid in full prior to the commencement of term or on a payment plan. We offer a 5% discount for one sibling and a 10% discount for a second or third sibling. The first student pays full price.

We also offer a 5% discount on every students second or subsequent classes.**

All Enrolment Cancellations

Cancellations of an enrolment booking must be sent to AerialFit in writing. Please note a cancellation fee may be applied and is determined on a sliding scale as listed below.

Full Refund less credit card transaction fee (8%) - More than 14 days notice of the commencement of the aerial term (more than 14 days prior to Monday 9am of week 1 of the term)

10% Deposit charged + credit card transaction fee of 8% - more than 7 days notice of the commencement of the aerial term but less than 14 days notice (between 14 and 7 days prior to Monday 9am of week 1).

50% Cancellation fee charged + credit card transaction fee of 8% – Less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the aerial term. (less than 7 days prior to Monday 9am of week 1).

100% Cancellation fee charge – After the commencement of week 1 of the aerial term (After Monday 9am of week 1 of the term)

NOTE: No refunds are given once the term has commenced, if you are unable to attend your class for an extended period of time due to injury or illness you agree that you have forfeited your class payment. (see make up class policy)

Payment Plan Policy

If you enter into a payment plan you are agreeing to enrol into the full term or semester of the program and have committed to pay the full amount of the enrolment regardless of your attendance. If you can not attend your classes you cannot receive a refund, request credits or cancel your payments. If you need to unenrol in the term or semester program then this needs to be done in writing to info@aerialfit.com.au and you agree that the remaining fees outstanding on your plan will need to be settled and paid immediately and we have permission to process the outstanding balance upon notification.  If a payment defaults you will be charged an additional $10 late payment fee, if more than 3 payment default during your plan you may be removed from the class and/or the remainder of your outstanding balance will be processed immediately.

MAKE UP CLASS POLICY

During the Aerial Dance and Junior Aerial term if a student is unable to attend a class, unfortunately due to the small class capacities we are unable to offer any make-up classes. 

When you enroll into a term or semester program your fees are purely for attendance of this class and for your instructor to teach, plan and run each class. These still need to be done regardless of who is in attendance and as such we can not refund or credits.  

When you accept the conditions of enrolment you have agreed to forfeit your class if you are unable to attend. Also in the conditions of enrolment you acknowledge that if you miss more than two classes during the first 5 weeks of term that your instructor may not have the time available during class to repeat what has been missed and you may need to repeat the term or pay for a private lesson separately.  

As we do understand that life happens, holidays are scheduled and illness is inevitable so we do provide each student with additional training sessions to practice on their own. These additional sessions expire at the end of term, they can not be rolled over if unused and cannot be transferred as credits or used in lieu of payments or fees. Additional Training sessions are subject to availability and must be booked prior to the commencement of class. To book a these additional sessions please refer to the email sent to you during week 2 of term. The single sessions are listed on your momence app so it will be easy to book.   

Our curriculums are very progressive and skills are learnt in steps, and as such these steps can not be skipped without putting students safety at risk. While these additional sessions offer flexibility and added value, we encourage you to attend your regular classes as much as possible. Consistent participation is key to your progression and ensures that our dedicated instructors can provide you with the best learning experience. Your presence matters, not just to us, but to the whole AerialFit community as we all thrive on the collective energy and commitment of our members.
